Services Provided
IONA Sprinter specializes in luxury transportation across the United States, with primary operations in New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and surrounding areas. While we strive to serve all locations, service availability may be limited in Alaska and Hawaii due to vehicle unavailability or adverse weather conditions.
Our services include:
- Point-to-point transportation.
- Hourly-based rentals.
- Airport transfers with curbside or meet-and-greet options.
Reservations

Details required for reservations:
- Contact Information: Name, phone number, and email address.
- Reservation Details: Pickup date, time, location, destination, service type, vehicle selection, passenger count, and luggage specifications.
- Billing Information: For credit card payments, the card number, expiration date, CVV, and billing address are collected.
Airport Pickup Terms
- Flight Monitoring: We monitor incoming flights when a flight number is provided.
- Curbside Pickup: Ideal for frequent travelers with minimal luggage. Drivers will wait outside the terminal with a name sign displayed in the vehicle window.
- Meet-and-Greet Service: Includes inside-terminal pickup by the chauffeur with a name sign, available for an additional $35.
- Wait Times: Complimentary waiting time starts from flight arrival time. Additional
charges apply:
- Domestic Flights: Grace period is 30 minutes.
- International Flights: Grace period is 45 minutes. After the grace period, charges are $1.75/min for Sedans and $2.25/min for SUVs or Vans.
User Obligations
When using IONA Sprinter’s services, users agree to abide by the following guidelines:
- Proper Use: Services must be used solely for lawful purposes and in accordance with these terms.
- Prohibited Activities:
- No spamming, fraudulent activities, or unauthorized use of our communication channels.
- Customers must not use our services to transport prohibited or illegal items.
- Misrepresentation of identity or payment information is strictly prohibited.
- Respect for Property: Customers are responsible for maintaining the condition of the vehicle during use and may be held liable for damages caused by misconduct.
Liability
- Limited Liability: IONA Sprinter is not responsible for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events.
- Missed flights or connections due to circumstances beyond our control.
- Lost or left-behind items in the vehicle.
- Vehicle Condition: Customers are liable for damages caused to vehicles during the ride by themselves or their party.
- Service Interruptions: In case of mechanical breakdown, we are only liable for rescheduling the lost time at a mutually agreed date.
Fees and Charges
- Cancellations:
- Reservations canceled less than 24 hours before pickup incur a full trip charge.
- No-Show Policy: Full trip cost, including waiting time, tolls, and gratuity, applies for no-shows. Passengers must call our office if they cannot locate their driver.
- Overtime Charges:
- For non-airport pickups, a grace period of 15 minutes applies, after which $1.75/min (Sedans) or $2.25/min (SUVs/Vans) will be charged.
- Early/Late Pickup Fees: Additional $15 for pickups before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.
- Change Fees: $35 for modifications made within 12 hours of booking time, subject to approval.
- International Rides: $125 booking fee applies.
Data Security
We prioritize data security and confidentiality. Customer details are securely stored in our system:
- Only authorized personnel have access.
- Drivers receive limited details relevant to their assigned trips.
- Billing details, including full card numbers and CVVs, are never visible after input.
Customers can access and update their accounts using their account number.
Disclaimer
IONA Sprinter does not guarantee uninterrupted services due to factors such as road conditions, weather, or technical issues. We are not liable for service delays, cancellations, or customer inconvenience caused by these factors.
Changes to Terms
IONA Sprinter reserves the right to update these terms and conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and take effect immediately. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
