Zach is very helpful in booking. Honest upfront pricing. Mamur is very good at communicating when we arrived. So patient with my parents who are a little older . We had plenty of space of space in the Mercedes sprinter van. Cold water available. We had a party of 7 , lots of bags and this was perfect. We will use Iona sprinter again . In fact we used them twice , once when we arrived at La Guardia ( and our flight was a few minutes late) and when we were returning to LGA from Times Square.
